The role involves technical presentations, requirement gathering, and collaboration with engineering teams, with travel within the U.S. and occasional trips to Japan. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
• 10+ years of B2B sales or engineering in manufacturing.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship available).
• Willingness to travel within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage in technical sales activities with key customers, particularly in semiconductor and electronics industries.
• Conduct product presentations, gather requirements, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Japan to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Support design-in and mass production phases.
• Travel within the region as needed.
• Identify potential clients and support new business development initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation and proposals using internal CRM tools.
• Bridge between local customers and internal global stakeholders.
