Job summary

Gunnebo Entrance Control is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure smooth execution of customer service needs while maintaining high satisfaction. The role involves developing service strategies, mentoring install and service crews, and coordinating shipping and maintenance activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and support, create spare part quotes, and travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in installation management, preferably in security or technology sectors.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the installation and service teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develop and implement service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely service requests.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping for products and parts.
• Create spare part quotes for customers.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance visits and reactive services.
• Manage field technician schedules.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer support to streamline processes.
• Conduct regular training sessions on new technologies and installation practices.
• Address and resolve customer issues during and after service and installation.
