Job summary

Gunnebo Entrance Control is seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will develop service strategies, mentor installation and service teams, and coordinate international shipping for products and parts.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will address service needs, create spare part quotes, schedule maintenance visits, and train staff on new technologies while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in installation management.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the installation and service teams.
• Develop and implement service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping for products and parts.
• Create spare part quotes for customers.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and reactive services.
• Manage field technician schedules.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer support to streamline processes.
• Train the team on new technologies and installation practices.
• Address and resolve customer issues during and after service.
