Job summary

Gunnebo Entrance Control is seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure that customer service needs are executed smoothly while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

You will develop service strategies, mentor installation and service staff, coordinate shipping and maintenance, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and support to deliver reliable security solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience in installation management, preferably in the security or technology sector.
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to travel as needed for site visits and client meetings.
Experience leading installation and service teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor installation and service teams.
Coordinate domestic and international shipping for products and part orders.
Create spare part quotes for customers.
Schedule preventive maintenance visits and reactive services.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer support to streamline processes.
Conduct regular training on new technologies and installation practices.
Address and resolve customer issues during and after service needs.
