Job summary

Bitsight Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our global recruiting efforts, mentor a Recruiting Specialist, and drive strategy for critical, highly technical, and international roles.

You will personally manage full-cycle recruiting for key global positions, optimize Workday workflows, and partner with HR and legal teams to ensure fair, merit-based hiring across regions. This role offers hybrid and remote-friendly work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in technical roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiting team members.
• Experience managing international candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS.
• Strong commitment to fair, merit-based hiring.
