Bitsight is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead our global recruiting efforts. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and international leaders to design data-driven hiring strategies for critical tech roles.

You will mentor a Recruiting Specialist, manage full-cycle recruitment, and optimize Workday workflows to ensure a fair, objective hiring process across regions. Hybrid/remote-friendly and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles in SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech.
• Hands-on Workday ATS experience, building workflows and reports.
• 1-2 years of leadership mentoring recruiting team members.
• Global candidate pipelines management and cross-border hiring understanding.
• Commitment to fair, merit-based, objective hiring frameworks.
• Agile player-coach: toggle between strategy and hands-on sourcing.
• Advanced sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping to attract passive talent.
• Excellent communicator with cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Technical & Global Recruiting: manage full-cycle recruiting for global roles with focus on technical positions.
• Workday Optimization & Analytics: act as Workday expert, optimize ATS workflows and report metrics.
• Global Recruiting Strategy: coordinate across North America, Europe, and APAC with compliance.
• Fair, Objective, & Inclusive Hiring: implement structured interviewing and diverse pipelines.
