Job summary

Bitsight Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and optimize our global recruiting efforts, mentor a Recruiting Specialist, and drive strategy for critical, highly technical, and international roles.

You will personally manage full-cycle recruiting for key global positions, optimize Workday workflows, and partner with HR and legal teams to ensure fair, merit-based hiring across regions. This role offers hybrid and remote-friendly work arrangements.

As our Recruiting Manager, you will lead and optimize Bitsight’s global recruiting efforts, manage and mentor a Recruiting Specialist, and drive recruitment strategy for critical, highly technical, and global roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Technical & Global Recruiting: Act as a player-coach by personally managing full-cycle recruiting for critical global roles, with a heavy focus on technical positions. Directly manage, mentor, and support the Recruiting Specialist.
• Workday Optimization & Analytics: Act as the super-user and internal expert for Workday, ensuring ATS workflows are optimized, clean, and compliant. Leverage data to track key metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Global Recruiting Strategy: Coordinate and execute recruiting efforts across multiple regions, navigate international employment standards, and partner with local HR and legal teams.
• Fair, Objective & Inclusive Hiring: Design and implement structured, skills-based interviewing, expand sourcing pipelines, and ensure practices meet regional labor laws and equal opportunity standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in complex technical roles.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Workday ATS.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring recruiting team members.
• Proven experience managing international candidate pipelines.
• Strong commitment to fair, merit-based hiring frameworks.
• Agile player‑coach capable of toggling between strategy and sourcing.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and other sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
