Job summary

Google in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Data Center Incidents and Availability program. You will manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from requirements through delivery and work with stakeholders and cross-functional partners across the company.

You will own the end-to-end policy framework for critical work, align electrical, mechanical, and controls domains with safety standards, and develop training curricula and LMS modules for a global fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in critical data center operations or mission critical environments.
• Experience in human performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the global critical work process program and policy, ensuring alignment across Electrical, Mechanical, and Controls.
• Field and prioritize program bugs, driving the development of tools and processes.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, including instructor-led materials and LMS modules.
• Coordinate regional trainers to deliver training to the global fleet, ensuring consistent standards.
• Translate event trends into measurable reporting and policy updates to prevent incident recurrence.
