Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a highly technical, globally distributed team of program managers across North America, South America, EMEA, and APAC. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd projects from requirement to rollout, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.

In this role you will oversee engineering content systems and data center infrastructure projects, driving AI-enabled tooling and seamless handover from construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and align a highly technical, distributed team of program managers across North America and South America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent operational standards and tool utilization globally.
• Partner closely with executive and cross-functional leadership to influence decisions regarding digital content, operational tooling, and AI integration.
• Manage the governance, tools, and processes for critical engineering and building design documents, ensuring seamless handover documentation and high-quality drawings from construction to operations.
• Drive the roadmap for the team's engineering content systems and establish sustainable operational models for AI-driven platforms.
• Lead global change management efforts to integrate content management platforms with interfacing enterprise systems, optimizing user experience and operational reliability.
