Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a globally distributed team across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will plan requirements with internal customers and shepherd projects through the full lifecycle, from scheduling to risk communication.

You will collaborate with executives and engineers to balance trade-offs, define roadmaps for content ecosystems, and drive scalable operational models in high-tech infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of leadership experience with/without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a highly technical, distributed team of program managers across regions.
• Influence decisions on digital content, tooling, and AI integration with executives.
• Governance and processes for engineering and building design documents; ensure quality handovers.
• Drive the roadmap for engineering content systems and AI-driven platforms.
• Implement change management to integrate content platforms with enterprise systems.
