Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience in critical data center operations or mission critical experience.
Experience in human performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage and evolve the global critical work process program and policy across equipment domains (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls).
Field and prioritize program bugs, driving tools and processes for better execution.
Develop and maintain training curricula, including instructor-led materials and LMS modules.
Coordinate and manage regional trainers to deliver training to the global fleet with consistent standards.
Translate operation event trends into measurable reporting, provide annual leadership reports.
