Job summary

Vontier Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development programs and product portfolio releases, spanning requirements, design, engineering, verification, and production deployment for customers.

You will collaborate with Product Management, cross-functional teams, and executives across geographies, ensuring on-time milestones and high-quality results while navigating global time zones and complex dependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and SAFe in milestone-driven environments.
• Fluent in English and able to work across time zones and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects/programs with resources and cross-functional teams.
• Lead Engineering Teams/Release Train across geographies ensuring clear requirements and integrated solutions.
• Provide hands-on Agile Program management for high-complexity programs with budget responsibilities.
• Produce Program Reviews, status reports, and communications for customers and leadership.
• Interact with Product Management, Stakeholders, Customer Success, and external customers.
