Apple in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Specialist to support Canada and Latin America launches. You will turn new products into compelling demonstrations for media and partners, collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure launches are ready for the world stage.

Based in Florida, you will lead technical demos, scripts, and on-device automation, working across marketing and engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with iOS and macOS, and Apple hardware.
• Experience with mass deployment techniques for iOS/macOS and large-scale system administration.
• Strong knowledge of the macOS command line toolset, shell scripting, Python, and modern web technology codebases.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, within the United States and internationally, including to Canada and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of new products by collaborating with product managers and engineers, providing technical expertise for launches.
• Define, plan, create, and evaluate product demonstrations that showcase hardware, software, and services.
• Design and implement scripts, subsystems, and software automation through on-device services for efficient launch prep.
• Be comfortable with a range of tasks, including network/data cable work and press briefing support for worldwide visibility.
• Demonstrate ownership and responsibility while working in a team environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot servers.
• Be an active member of the Product Marketing team.
