Job summary

Eppendorf AG in the United States seeks a Senior Technical Trainer to drive excellence in service for designated product lines. You will act as a key technical trainer and on-site expert, delivering and updating training for customers, third-party providers and internal staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System, and mentoring junior specialists while traveling internationally as needed to align global service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering or related field required.
3–5 years of experience in technical product support or equivalent.
Strong training and communication skills with ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Experience supporting customers and technicians; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior trainer and escalation point to improve customer satisfaction.
Lead on-site visits and design training for customers, service providers, and staff.
Develop and update technical training materials and documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional projects for design changes, recalls and retrofits.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and audits.
