This remote role offers high visibility with the Global Executive Committee, Corporate Development and division leaders, with 25–30% travel to customer sites and the Enfield,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in market research, consulting and/or business/market intelligence with data-to-strategy impact.
• Solid scientific or technical background with life-science/pharma/biomedical exposure.
• Experience with competitive intelligence, market research and business development methods for new markets or tech.
• Able to navigate a matrix organization across R&D, sales, marketing and biz dev.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s or PhD preferred; strong decision-making and analytics.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills for high-visibility stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global market intelligence initiatives including forecasts, trends and competitive evals.
• Create a central knowledge hub for market reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Connect with customers and translate analytics into strategic recommendations.
• Drive regional business development by identifying and engaging partners for growth.
• Identify emerging technologies and feed insights into future product development.
• Lead or support external collaboration projects to analyze strengths and improvements.
