Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in parcel logistics, industrial automation, or field service operations.
• Professional certifications in CSCP, CLTD, Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 10/30, CTT+, ATD or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve technical training strategy and curriculum for internal service teams and customers.
• Lead and develop a team of technical trainers to ensure high-quality delivery across locations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Safety to align training with business priorities.
• Develop onboarding, certification, refresher, and advanced training on automation and controls.
• Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, video tutorials, and job aids.
• Govern training content, maintain knowledge bases, and manage training records.
• Track training effectiveness using LMS analytics and operational KPIs.
