Zoetis seeks a subject matter expert in electromechanical training for Global BioDevices. The role focuses on designing and implementing a comprehensive global training curriculum for Field Service Personnel to strengthen offerings and support customer experiences.

Based in the US market with global collaboration, you will utilize SAP, PLM, PV360 2.0 and eLearning tools to drive improvements and ensure consistent, high-quality training across regions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in electronic engineering or mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in designing and delivering electromechanical training programs.
• Ability to analyze training needs and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global electromechanical training curricula for BioDevice and VMD equipment.
• Liaise with US and international Field Service Personnel.
• Create SOPs, work instructions, and eLearnings to ensure global consistency.
