DroneShield seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead execution of complex customer deployments and operational delivery, while supporting larger technical programs under the Technical Program Manager. The role is execution-focused with ownership across multiple teams in fast-paced environments.

Based in Warrenton, Virginia, you will coordinate planning, milestones, and risk management for live deployments and customer engagements, with occasional out-of-hours work and global coordination.

• Coordinate across field and technical teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure safety, quality, export, and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and blockers.
• Support the Technical Program Manager on workstreams.
• Coordinate across globally distributed teams and time zones.
• Participate in customer meetings, project briefings, and internal coordination forums.
