Job summary

Sine Engineering is seeking a Field Operations & Integration Manager to lead technology integration for military and enterprise customers from requirements through deployment, training, and product feedback.

You will coordinate demonstrations, field trials, and customer training while ensuring readiness of all equipment and materials for engagements across the US field operations. This role requires travel and strong collaboration with R&D and logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects (hardware, drones, R&D, or systems integration is a strong plus).
• Experience leading complex technical integration projects with hardware and software.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous client requirements into structured specifications and deliverables.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to lead technical discussions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own client integration projects end-to-end from discovery through deployment and handoff to support.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand UAV platforms, mission requirements, and success criteria.
• Translate customer requirements into clear specs, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering to validate feasibility, estimate effort, and develop plans.
• Plan timelines, resources, and deliverables while coordinating engineers, pilots, and specialists.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, field trials, and deployment activities.
• Ensure readiness of equipment, personnel, docs, and training materials.
• Organize customer onboarding and training activities.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to Product and R&D teams.
• Support troubleshooting and coordinate issue resolution.
• Provide operational coordination for the US office across teams.
• Coordinate shipments, inventory, and logistics for field activities.
• Track milestones and compliance; maintain docs and logs.
