Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist in the United States to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of complex hardware products. You will manage the delivery lifecycle, including documentation, inventory validation, defect tracking, and FAT coordination, interfacing with customers and internal teams to maintain quality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in product delivery or hardware-focused operations.
• Ability to handle complex, detail-heavy work with high accuracy.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, production and quality teams.
• Experience with FAT or customer acceptance events.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer events.
• Background in aerospace, defense, robotics, or related manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, on-time delivery of complex products to customers.
