Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of program management experience in defense or commercial sector.
• Experience with government projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish performance measurement baselines.
• Develop resource allocation plans and recruit talent.
• Interface with customers and manage program teams.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on supplier performance.
• Lead reviews to ensure requirements are met.
• Support contract negotiations and proposals.
• Ensure quality processes per QMS.
