Safe Pro AI is seeking a Head of Technical Field Ops to lead drone-enabled landmine detection deployments and train field teams. This role focuses on scalable operational workflows, demonstrations, and customer-facing programs.

You will build training curricula, standardize field procedures, and partner with engineering to improve product usability based on field feedback. Remote-friendly with domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Software-first mindset with strong ability to manage complex software ecosystems.
• Military/tactical background highly valued, with experience in defense environments.
• Proven leadership of technical field deployments and customer-facing demos.
• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Field Operators in field environments.
• Run deployments and demonstrations of Safe Pro AI’s landmine detection tech.
• Develop field training curricula and reference guides for operators and customers.
• Create standardized field processes, flight logs, and data organization.
