Natoli Engineering Company, Inc. seeks a Technical Customer Service Specialist- International to respond to customers' needs, provide product information, take orders, and resolve inquiries. You will record contact details, research solutions, and coordinate with supervisors as needed.

The role focuses on maintaining relationships with international accounts and supporting order-entry, quotations, and claims processing, while leveraging your technical aptitude and blueprints knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Understanding of tight precision tolerances.
• Technical aptitude is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Must communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with international customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, distributors and production manager about order updates.
• Process quotations, purchase orders and other order-entry information and process customer claims.
• Prepare and enter technical drawings, recommend potential products and services.
• Analyze customer needs and collaborate with management to develop customer accounts.
