Gap is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Global Technology Solutions to lead recruiting for GTS, managing a geographically dispersed team and owning the most critical Director-level and above technology searches. The role ensures quality, speed, and consistency in GTS hiring while serving as a trusted talent advisor.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ years in technology recruiting.
• Experience leading recruiting teams for Director-level and above roles.
• Deep fluency with tech stacks and architecture concepts to assess candidates.
• Proficiency with recruiting tech, AI-enabled tools, and sourcing channels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop GTS recruiters.
• Build recruiter capability as talent advisors, including technical recruiting, business acumen, sourcing strategy, market insight, and stakeholder influence.
• Advise GTS leaders on search approach, starting each search from the business outcome required and aligning search plans to Gap priorities.
• Own the most critical Director-level and above GTS searches, and maintain execution standards across the full portfolio.
• Bring technical depth across each GTS discipline, including software engineering, architecture, product, data and AI, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
• Apply Search Fundamentals across GTS and manage Workday data accuracy.
