Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English, in a fast-paced contact center.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and Church meetinghouse technology.
• Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat to provide technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, systems, sub-systems, and applications; remote into customer devices when needed.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain productivity while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
