Job summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead our Bentley technology platform across the firm.

This role sits in the Enterprise Technology team’s Digital Delivery group and is the primary owner of the Bentley ecosystem, including ORD, ProjectWise, and iTwin/iModel. The successful candidate will bridge hands-on technical work with organizational leadership, translating Bentley capabilities into measurable delivery value for our civil engineering practice groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Survey, or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer in production civil/transportation setting.
• Experience with ProjectWise administration or strategy, including governance.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple offices.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing or delivering training programs for engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance Bentley technology roadmap across ORD, ProjectWise, and iTwin/iModel.
• Define standardized ORD workflows and align with DOT/client standards.
• Oversee enterprise ProjectWise strategy including environment, access, and integration.
• Manage Bentley licenses and serve as primary Bentley account contact.
• Act as internal SME for Bentley technologies across all practice groups.
• Partner with practice leaders to align Bentley workflows with project delivery.
• Champion automation and data-driven delivery using iTwin APIs and ECSQL.
• Support innovation by evaluating new Bentley capabilities for workflows.
