Job summary

Deployed Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Proposal Manager in Alexandria, VA to lead the full lifecycle of federal proposals. The role focuses on technical writing, compliance, and collaboration with engineers, estimators, and PMs to craft responsive, compliant narratives and cost/schedule content.

The job requires strong English communication, organizational skills, and experience in IT, construction, or manufacturing proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in technical communication, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Associate’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years creating federal contract proposals, with preference for construction, manufacturing, or IT.
• Experience in proposal coordination, compliance, and technical content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development lifecycle from kickoff through submission and post-award activities.
• Write high-quality technical proposals and integrated cost/schedule information.
• Coordinate proposal processes, including scheduling, compliance matrices, and requirements analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, and subject matter experts to develop content.
• Review and edit materials for clarity, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead proposal meetings and internal reviews.
• Maintain proposal content libraries and documentation.
