The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology Recruiting to lead strategy and execution of its technology talent acquisition across the United States and globally.

The role partners with senior technology leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire world-class professionals across software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and product management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology recruiting or executive search.
• Proven success hiring experienced and highly specialized technology professionals.
• Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep knowledge of global technology talent markets.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior technology and business leaders.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday) and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive recruiting strategy for technology talent.
• Partner with senior leaders to anticipate needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for senior and specialized tech roles.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment, market dynamics, and compensation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of technology talent markets and trends to inform recruiting strategies.
