Job summary
Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager, seeking a Vice President in Professional Recruitment to drive full lifecycle recruiting for investment teams. You will report to the Head of Lateral Investment & Executive Recruiting and lead a comprehensive strategy to attract top talent.
You will source, screen, and assess candidates across Private Equity, collaborate with HR and Compensation to craft competitive offers, and build strong relationships with search firms to stay
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in an investment-focused environment.
- Experience developing complex offer proposals and familiarity with asset-management compensation structures.
- Proven ability to source top talent through multiple channels and manage stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing an innovative recruiting strategy to meet talent needs.
- Sourcing, screening, and assessing highly qualified candidates for open positions.
- Identifying and attracting top-tier investment talent through diverse sources and channels.
- Partnering with HR and Compensation to structure competitive offer packages.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and search firms to ensure market connectivity.
