• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year recruiting experience, or an associate degree with 2+ years, or 3+ years recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; act as a partner to clients.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions; as the company brand grows, postings fill with top candidates.
• Source candidates; often the best candidates are not actively looking.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before their onsite.
• Attend interviews alongside client groups to evaluate candidates.
• Begin the offer process including background checks and extending offer letters.
