Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage a full desk, sourcing and screening candidates, and guiding them through interviews and offers. You will partner closely with client groups, discuss headcount, and drive the candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong sourcing, in-house recruiting, and the ability to differentiate top talent across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years recruitment experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ year recruiting experience or 2+ years if associate degree.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Ability to work with high volume, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and strategy.
• Screen and source candidates; present top candidates for interviews.
• Coordinate candidate tours, onsite interviews, and feedback sessions.
• Own offer process, background checks, and closing discussions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to influence decisions.
