Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year recruiting or 3+ years recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers.
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond, WA

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy and feedback.
• Screen, source, and interview candidates; coordinate onboarding and offers.
• Attend interviews with client groups and provide evaluation input.
• Lead background checks, offers and stock in the hiring process.
