Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent in a software engineering environment.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support PM workflows with awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risks; escalate when uncertain.
• Advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change in high-pressure environments.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic technical program plans aligned with organisational goals and manage resources, budgets and timelines.
• Own integrated program plans for high-priority initiatives with milestones and cross-team deliverables.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, clients and teams, guiding decision-making processes.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to strengthen work intake, readiness and prioritisation.
• Improve delivery transparency with governance and tooling standards (e.g., Jira hygiene).
• Escalate risks early with clear options and drive decisions across stakeholders.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance practices with human review.
