Bending Spoons, a fast-growing company in the United States, seeks a talented legal professional to support cross-border acquisitions, draft and negotiate tech contracts, and assist product launches with AI-driven efficiency. The role involves working with outside counsel and shaping scalable legal tools to guide a high-growth business.

You’ll advise on commercial, regulatory, IP, and consumer matters, handle disputes, and stay ahead of regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Ability to reason from first principles and structure ideas clearly.
• Ambitious and responsible with high personal standards.
• Collaborative, reliable and transparent in a team setting.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Past practice at a law firm or in-house counsel is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions by due diligence, drafting and post‑completion integrations.
• Draft and review cross-border commercial contracts including confidentiality, licensing, SaaS, and tech agreements.
• Assist product launches by drafting external communications, terms and policies with AI-assisted drafts.
• Provide broad practical legal advice and risk mitigation across technology, product, marketing, and regulatory matters.
• Manage disputes and coordinate with external advisers in the US and abroad.
• Create scalable legal tools and playbooks, integrating AI-powered workflows.
• Monitor regulations to identify opportunities and address evolving business needs
