Confidential, a founding commercial counsel position at a venture-backed legal tech company, seeks an experienced attorney to advise startup clients on commercial agreements and help shape how legal services are delivered through software.

You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor contracts while owning client relationships as a trusted commercial counsel. Remote-friendly within the US with SF as primary location.

Competenze

5-8 years of commercial contracts experience, including in-house startup/tech.
JD and active bar membership in a US jurisdiction; CA or NY admission preferred.
Strong knowledge of liability caps, indemnity, IP, data and termination terms; AI tools in legal practice.

Mansioni

Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, vendor contracts.
Own client relationships and serve as trusted commercial counsel with clear turnaround commitments.
Turn negotiation positions and review standards into playbooks and AI workflows (30-40% of time).
