Job summary

Citigroup's Citi Technology Services seeks a Service Delivery Lead for the Equities Acceleration Program in Tampa. You will orchestrate end-to-end service delivery, manage cross-functional workstreams, and deliver executive reports in a mission-critical trading environment.

The role requires 14+ years in delivery leadership within large financial services, with global experience across NAM, EMEA, and APAC, and a proven track record of transforming technology programs.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of service delivery or technical program leadership experience.
• Experience in high-availability, mission-critical trading platforms.
• Global matrix organization experience across NAM, EMEA, APAC.
• Ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Background in Equities or Global Markets tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of technology services to the Equities business.
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives across regions and delivery cycles.
• Partner with business and tech leaders to align outcomes with program objectives.
• Lead post-engagement reviews and root cause analysis of delivery risks.
• Support hiring velocity for foundational technology teams.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on delivery health and program outcomes.
• Champion delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
