Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development and leadership of developers.
• Awareness of building event-based systems with low latency trading requirements.
• Experience in Equity Finance / Securities Lending.
• Comprehensive experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to work under pressure managing multiple activities and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform vision and strategy to support Prime Growth, working with global technology leads.
• Deliver on an aggressive agenda with technical oversight of the platform.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex processes and industry standards.
• Ensure changes are managed with controls, documentation and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture blueprint.
• Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as a technical expert.
