Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking a Technology Lead, Client Integration to own delivery of client connectivity programs across Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage. You will be the primary technology contact for external clients, shaping how they connect to Citi's Equity PB, Fixed Income PB, Prime Finance Swaps, and Securities Lending platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading client-facing integration or delivery programs.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams in a global model.
• Knowledge of SFTP, SWIFT, FIX connectivity and client reporting.
• Strong SQL skills for data mapping and validation.
• Unix/Linux troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint for PM/BA.

Responsibilities

• Lead client integration programs for Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage.
• Serve as primary tech contact for external Prime Brokerage clients.
• Design tailored integration solutions for standard and complex needs.
• Manage integration from requirements to testing, sign-off, and support.
• Coordinate rollout readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Report progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Investigate data/connectivity issues using SQL and Unix.
• Mentor junior Analysts in technical and client-facing skills.
