Citi Technology Services (CTS) seeks a Service Delivery Lead to join the Network and eTrading Service Delivery Excellence group in support of the Equities Acceleration Program in Tampa, FL. You will ensure reliable delivery of technology services to the Equities business in a mission-critical trading environment.

You will orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, manage delivery governance, report on outcomes to executives, and help build foundational teams to sustain program momentum across

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in service delivery or technical program management in financial services.
• Experience leading high-availability, mission-critical trading platforms or similar tech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies under pressure and tight timelines.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Strong governance, milestone tracking, and outcome reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of technology services to the Equities business, orchestrating end-to-end service delivery across technical initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical initiatives, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risk across delivery cycles.
• Partner with Equities business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders across NAM, EMEA, and APAC to align delivery outcomes with program objectives.
• Lead post-engagement reviews and drive root cause analysis on delivery risks or issues.
• Contribute to building foundational technology teams supporting the Equities Acceleration Program.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting on delivery health, risks, and program outcomes.
• Champion a culture of delivery excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement.
