Job summary

XPRIZE Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Team Relations Manager to lead external communications during the Accelerate Learning Prize team recruitment phase. You will answer technical questions about the prize, liaise with IT to customize the POP, and develop recruitment materials and webinars.

The role requires travel and collaboration with partners to grow the prize ecosystem. The position is remote-first within the United States, with a base salary range of $80k–$100k and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing external communities and projects.
• Experience with education domain or prize/competition contexts.
• Ability to travel 15% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead external communications with potential teams during the first year of the Accelerate Learning Prize.
• Answer inbound questions and explain prize guidelines in collaboration with the internal team.
• Coordinate with IT to customize the Prize Operations Platform (POP) for team management.
• Develop recruitment materials and host webinars.
• Track inbound public comments on competition guidelines and organize responses.
• Represent the prize in industry events and online discussions to drive participation.
• Organize team recruitment calls and webinars and monitor team Slack channels.
