XPRIZE Foundation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Relations Manager to drive team recruitment for the Accelerate Learning Prize.

You will lead communications with potential teams, answer technical inquiries, and coordinate with IT to tailor the Prize Operations Platform for recruitment efforts. The role requires 4–6 years in external communities, strong writing and communication skills, and travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing or supporting projects in India or Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Experience with community management.
• Experience managing and customizing technology platforms.
• Excellent business and technical writing and professional verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 15% of the time, domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead external communications with potential and future competing teams.
• Convey complex technical topics related to education with the team.
• Develop recruitment materials and host webinars.
• Coordinate with IT to customize the Prize Operations Platform (POP).
• Organize team recruitment calls and webinars.
• Monitor inbound public comments and participate in online discussions.
• Represent the prize at industry events to expand the ecosystem.
• Support project management activities as needed.
