Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA or MST certification/degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of corporate tax experience in Big 4 or in-house tax departments.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP ASC 740 and SEC regulations.
• Experience managing international income tax provisions.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle and OneSource Tax Provision or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the international tax accounting function, including quarterly and year-end worldwide consolidated tax provisions per ASC740.
• Oversee Pillar Two top-up tax and GloBE income calculations.
• Demonstrate expertise in complex income tax accounting concepts and deferred taxes.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to ensure timely tax provisions.
• Oversee preparation of international statutory tax provisions.
• Monitor tax regulatory developments and SOX compliance.
