Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the international tax accounting function, including quarterly and year-end tax provisions under ASC 740. You will coordinate with Treasury, Legal, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate tax reporting.

The role requires 6+ years in corporate tax, CPA/MST, and strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regs. Experience with Oracle and OneSource Tax Provision is preferred.

Competenze

• CPA certification and/or MST or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of corporate tax experience in Big 4 or in-house tax teams.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP ASC 740 and SEC regulations.
• Extensive experience managing international income tax provisions.
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication with all levels.
• Experience with Oracle and OneSource Tax Provision or similar software.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of the Company's international tax accounting function, including quarterly and year-end worldwide consolidated tax provisions per ASC740.
• Manage Pillar Two top-up tax and GloBE income calculations.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of complex income tax accounting concepts including purchase accounting, valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, and accounting for deferred taxes.
• Interact with Treasury, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and external providers to ensure timely tax provisions.
• Oversee and manage preparation of international statutory tax provisions.
• Monitor and analyze tax regulatory developments and determine impacts to the Company.
• Be responsible for tax internal controls and SOX compliance.
