Akamai Technologies, Inc. seeks a Tax Manager to lead its international tax accounting and compliance programs. The role partners with Treasury, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to drive timely tax provisions and cross-border project work.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA or MST and 6+ years of corporate tax experience, with deep knowledge of ASC 740 and Pillar Two. Krakow-based team oversight is included.

Formación

• Certified public accountant or MST.
• Minimum of 6 years of corporate tax experience (Big 4 or in-house).
• Advanced understanding of US GAAP ASC 740 and SEC regulations.
• Experience with international tax provisions and cross-border issues.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the Company's international tax accounting function, including quarterly and year-end worldwide consolidated tax provisions per ASC740.
• Manage Pillar Two top-up tax and GloBE income calculations.
• Interact with Treasury, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to ensure timely tax provisions.
• Oversee preparation of international statutory tax provisions.
• Maintain tax internal controls and SOX compliance.
