Job summary

Akamai Technologies is seeking a Tax Manager to lead its international tax accounting function, directing worldwide tax provisions and ensuring compliance across the organization. You will partner with Treasury, Legal, Finance and Accounting, reporting to the Director of International Tax, and manage a Krakow-based team.

Requirements include CPA and/or MST, 6+ years in corporate tax, strong knowledge of US GAAP ASC 740, and experience with Oracle and OneSource Tax Provision.

• Written, presentation and verbal communication skills required.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional partnerships with Treasury, Legal, Finance and Accounting.
• Experience leading international tax accounting functions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage international tax accounting, including quarterly and year-end provisions per ASC 740.
• Oversee Pillar Two top-up tax and GloBE calculations.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure timely provisions and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and internal controls including SOX.
