Job summary

AdAction Interactive is seeking a part-time contractor to own recruiting across the company and manage our contractor, consultant, and recruiting-vendor programs. You will interpret unclear briefs, learn the business and technical context, and move searches forward with strong judgment and proactive communication.

You will also partner with leaders on compensation, coordinate with external vendors, and support a global group of sales consultants tied to AdGem's reseller business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills with a hunter mentality.
• Ability to learn business context and evaluate candidates beyond keywords.
• Comfort working across time zones in a remote or distributed company.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making in candidate assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, product, sales, business, and operational roles.
• Run intake meetings and translate needs into search strategies and job descriptions.
• Source directly and persistently, not relying on inbound applications.
• Evaluate candidates beyond resumes, focusing on problem-solving and fit.
• Manage vendor relationships and global consultant programs.
• Provide proactive updates to hiring managers and leaders.
• Partner with leaders on compensation and offers.
