Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR generalist and recruiter or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience in using HR software (e.g., ATS, CRM) to manage and streamline recruitment processes.
• Experience with process improvement and automation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Chinese, or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization's recruitment process and develop strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and facilitate interviews.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and oversee office budget.
