You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, map client needs, and build a robust candidate network to deliver top talent. This role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while ensuring a superb candidate experience and smooth administration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with the full recruitment process from needs assessment to hiring.
• Competence in search, sourcing, and candidate mapping.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems.
• Very good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Experience from recruitment agencies, staffing, or internal Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
