Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with clients to assess hiring needs.
• Administer job postings in various systems for visibility.
• Qualify candidates against pre-determined standard requirements.
• Manage candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Address candidate inquiries and escalate as necessary.
• Complete candidate onboarding processes according to requirements.
• Participate in Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with recruiting event logistics and administrative tasks.
