Mobility Global is seeking a Senior Performance & Talent Solutions Lead to own the enterprise strategy and multi‑release functional product roadmap for performance, talent, succession, and related Workday capabilities.

The role partners with HR Technology, People Analytics, and executives to drive adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across global cycles and development planning. Strong leadership and data‑driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise performance and talent processes in a global, matrixed org.
• Strong ownership of Workday Performance, Talent, and Succession capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and requirements.
• Proven governance, testing, and release‑management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise performance and talent solutions strategy and roadmap.
• Lead global annual cycles, process improvements, and governance.
• Partner with HR Tech, Operations, and analytics on design and adoption.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and tests.
• Drive user adoption, training, and release readiness.
